This is such a cute design! I love all the bubbles inside of it and all around.
This design turned out nice and I might use something similar for a future layout for NSI or BBA. :)
Remember not to get rid of the link back to NSI since this is linkware.

If you know html coding feel free to mess with the design. Add javascript or whatever. If you do not know html coding then just work with the layout as is.
